Principal's Message

Dear Creekside Students and Families,

I am both honored and excited to continue serving the community as your principal at Creekside Community Day School for the 2025–26 school year. Having worked alongside you for the past two years as assistant principal, I have been inspired by the caring community and incredible spirit that make Creekside truly special.

As we move forward, I am thrilled to introduce our new Tier One branding, G.R.I.T., which will guide our work together: Growth Mindset, Resilience Through Adversity, Intentional Choices, Teamwork and Trust. These core values will be woven into every aspect of our school experience. At Creekside, we believe in nurturing the whole student—supporting your academic, social, and emotional development as you build a positive path forward.

One of our highest priorities this year is ensuring strong, highly effective classrooms for every learner. We are also committed to providing robust interventions and support through our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), so that every student receives the individualized help they may need to succeed. These systems are grounded in research-based practices and ongoing collaboration between staff, students, and families.

We know that true success comes from working together. As always, I will continue to dedicate time to listening and learning from you—our students and families. Your experiences and ideas will help us build on Creekside’s strengths and shape an even more welcoming and supportive culture.

Our focus this year is to foster hope, growth, and a sense of community. By intentionally elevating Creekside and embracing the values of G.R.I.T., we will empower every student to reach their goals and thrive.

I am committed to being present and approachable, and I look forward to meaningful conversations and partnerships throughout the year. Together, we will make Creekside a place where every student is guided toward distinct positive outcomes.
